What is Ouverte?

What is Ouverte about?

Ouverte is Asia's first lingerie subscription box for modern women featuring lingerie by ethical independent designers and emerging brands curated to your size and style preferences. Head over here to read our full story.
 

What is a subscription box?

Subscription boxes are surprise boxes packed with curated items that are usually shipped monthly, bi-monthly or quarterly. Ouverte currently ships quarterly.
 

How does Ouverte work?

First, select your preferred plan. Next, after making your payment, personalize your Box by entering your measurements and style preferences. Our boxes are shipped 4 times per year. You can ask us to ship your boxes by a specific date for special occasions if stock is available. Just drop us an email at hello@ouverte.asia with your request and we will try to make it happen. Ouverte will be shipping its first Box by September 2018.

How is Ouverte different from other lingerie boxes?

Ouverte features only ethically made lingerie and lifestyle products by independent and emerging brands. Ouverte is also dedicated to spreading positive awareness about female sensuality while encouraging dialogue on celebrating female sensuality in Asia. Ouverte also strives to reduce its carbon footprint by choosing ecologically friendly materials and options where possible. 

We also offer complimentary in-person lingerie fitting sessions for all subscribers at our studio for customers based in Singapore. During these fitting sessions, you will learn your what sizes will work for you, how to measure yourself properly and what bras will complement your bust best. All about the Box

What is in the Box?

In each Box, you will receive about one or more full matching sets of lingerie (bye bye mismatched sets!) or sleepwear, along with other lovely little surprises worth over $200 at retail. Each Box is personalized to your size and style preferences.
 

How often will I receive my Boxes?

You will receive your Boxes 4 times a year.
 

What if I don't like what is in the box?

Every box is carefully curated according to your personal preferences but as with every relationship, it takes times to get to know each other. To ensure we only send you what you will love, do fill out the feedback questionnaire after you've received your box so we can do better the next time. If you prefer, do reach out to us at hello@ouverte.asia and we will see what we can do for you.
 

Can I skip a Box?

Yes. Do reach out to us at hello@ouverte.asia and we will make the arrangements. You must notify us before the relevant cutoff dates so we can process your request. You can only skip one quarter each time. 
 

I'm on the Quarterly Plan/ [ CONSCIOUS ] Plan but I want to upgrade

Upgrades are welcome! Just write to us at  hello@ouverte.asia to cancel your current subscription before subscribing to the [OUVERTE] Plan. 
 

I want to unsubscribe

We are super sorry to see you go! Write to us at  hello@ouverte.asia to cancel your current subscription. If you cancel your subscription after our shipping cutoff date, you will still be billed for that quarter or year but your Plan will no longer be renewed subsequently. For Annual Plan and [OUVERTE] Plan subscribers, if you unsubscribe before the next renewal, you will STILL receive your outstanding Boxes, but your Plan will not be renewed. 


Size and Fit Concerns

I love what Ouverte promises but I think I'm too big/small to carry off the styles curated

Fret not sister. Your concerns are precisely WHY we've created Ouverte. Every Box is fully personalized to each ladies' size so even if you are a AA cup or a J cup, we've got the lingerie for you. Also, almost all our brands that we've chosen to work with offer inclusive sizing, so there will be something beautiful in your size just for you ❤️. You can personalize your Box from style to coverage once you've subscribed to Ouverte.
 

I'm not sure if I'm measuring myself correctly

We have an illustrated step-by-step guide to help you measure yourself accurately. We also offer in-person fitting at all our popup events too! Check our Event Calendar for our next popup!
 

Can I update my measurements?

Yes. Use the private link we emailed you when you first subscribed to update your measurements. If you've lost your private link, email us at hello@ouverte.asia.

Shipping

What are your local shipping rates?

We offer free standard shipping for orders to Singapore. Orders received after 2p.m. Singapore time are processed the next working day. These rates are subject to change. 
 

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally at S$20 per box.  These rates are subject to change.
 

How can I track my order internationally?

You will be able to track your order online after your order has been shipped. Please use the tracking code emailed to you. Your tracking code will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped. 


Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

Returns are easy at Ouverte. We accept returns on your items within 14 days from the date of delivery for store credit.

You must return all items in the box. Partial return of items in the box will not accepted. All items to be returned must be unwashed, unworn, unused and returned with all tags, labels and original packaging fully intact in a saleable condition. Regretfully, we cannot accept returns on made-to-measure items.

Please use a trackable shipping method to return your items to us at your own expense within 30 days of our approval of your return request. For customers based in Singapore, you are welcome to drop off your items at our studio in person (and save on return shipping!) on an appointment basis. 

Once we have received your items, we process and refund you with store credit within 14 working days. The store credit will come in the form of a discount code which you can apply at checkout. For subscribers, the discount code will be automatically applied to your next renewal. 

Too much to process? Simply write to us at hello@ouverte.asia with your return request. We will send you an email with complete step-by-step instructions and how to go about returning the items.

What's your exchange policy?

Exchanges are welcome at Ouverte because we want your items to fit you! We will make size exchanges on all wearable items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

All items to be returned must be unwashed, unworn, unused and returned with all tags and labels fully intact in a saleable condition within 30 days at your own expense from our approval of your request. For customers based in Singapore, you are welcome to drop off your items at our studio in person (and save on return shipping!) on an appointment basis.

Once we have received your items, we process your request within 14 working day. Please note that due to the global nature of our products, it might take up to 90 days for your items to reach you. We will alert you when your items have arrived.

For customers based in Singapore, you are welcome to collect your items at our studio in person (and save on return shipping!) on an appointment basis. For global customers, we will ship your new items to you via free standard post.

We will also update your size preference for the next shipment to your new, preferred size.  Regretfully, we cannot accept exchanges on made-to-measure items.

General

When will Ouverte be launched?

As we work closely with independent brands and artisans, some of our partners require more lead time to fulfil orders. At the moment, we are working towards launching in the third quarter of 2018.
